Publishing results & managing data
INRAE’s Directorate for Open Science (DipSO) encourages open and participatory science at the institute by offering various essential research-adjacent services.
PhD students at INRAE can exploit a wealth of scientific publications, in the form of more than 5,200 journals accessible online. The institute also has extensive bibliographic databases should you need in-depth, up-to-date knowledge on a given subject. DipSO can also help you adopt open-access publication practices and teach you how to deposit your articles in HAL INRAE, the institute’s open access repository.
The institute’s data repository, Data INRAE , currently contains more than 80,000 data entries. Support staff can give you guidance in managing, accessing, and fully exploiting your data. Finally, you can learn about different aspects of open science by taking virtual training courses (i.e., an Open Class) offered throughout the year.
